SchoolTrack combines live GPS bus tracking, automatic parent alerts, QR and RFID student attendance, route and stop management, driver SOS and trip history in one system — so a school runs its whole transport operation from a single screen instead of four different tools.
Live GPS tracking
Every bus on a live map, updating every few seconds, with speed, heading and the stop it is heading to. Works on an ordinary Android phone in the bus.
Automatic parent alerts
Parents are told when their child boards, when they get off, when the bus is approaching their stop, and when a trip is running late — without anyone pressing a button.
QR & RFID attendance
The driver scans a QR code or RFID card as each child boards. The time, stop and bus are recorded, the parent is notified, and the school gets an exportable register.
Routes, stops & scheduling
Build routes, order the stops, assign a bus and a driver, and generate the day’s trips. Change a route once and every parent on it sees the new stops.
Driver SOS
One tap from the driver raises an alert in the school office with the bus’s exact position, and the alert is recorded whether or not the network holds.
Geofence & overspeed alerts
Draw a zone around the school or a stop and get told when a bus enters or leaves it. Set a speed limit and get told when it is broken.
Trip history & route replay
Play back any past trip on the map to see exactly where the bus went, how fast, and when it reached each stop.
Parent chat & broadcasts
Parents message the school office in-app, and the school sends a notice to one route or the whole school at once.
Works on every device
The parent app is a progressive web app: it installs from the browser on Android, iPhone and desktop. No app store, no download, and it updates itself.
